SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to have all orders shipped out within 3-5 business days of ordering (excluding holidays and weekends). Once your order ships you will receive an email advising that your order has been shipped along with tracking information. You are responsible for shipping costs for all returns.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to assure that you receive the best quality in our products, however we are aware that mistakes happen. If you receive your order and it is damaged you have 48 hours within your order being delivered to initiate a return or exchange. To initiate a return please email us at info@serenityandroseco.com and send a detailed description and picture of the damage. We will then determine if we can initiate a refund for your product and will respond to you within 48 hours (excluding holidays).

We will then determine if we can initiate an exchange for your item within 48 hours (excluding holidays) of receiving your email.
